Return & Refund Policy

At Euclid Life Store, we want you to love every version of yourself in our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

* Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
* Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
* Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  * Final sale items
  * Gift cards
  * Customized or personalized products

2. How to Start a Return

* Email us at info@euclidlifestore.com with your order number and reason for return.
* We’ll provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
* Pack your item securely and send it back to us.

3. Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

4. Exchanges

* Exchanges are subject to product availability.
* If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@euclidlifestore.com . We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

* If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe, check with your bank or credit card provider first.
* If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@euclidlifestore.com.
